Cuisine is a great cultural bond uniting us within families, within our localities, within nations and across wider geographic regions. We will celebrate food since this brings families, friends and communities together. V.18 will be looking to see how programmes can use foods from different cultures (Maltese, Mediterranean and European) to spur and inspire further inter-cultural dialogue and to explore the similarities and differences in the way food is created, presented and celebrated.
